Delivery Times and Charges

United Kingdom

Shipping pricing is automatically calculated based on the final weight of your products at checkout. Items are sent by Royal Mail or Hermes Tracked, tracking will be provided on your order.

Shipping with our Economy Tracked service typically takes between 3 and 5 business days.

*Please note that certain remote and offshore areas of the UK, including Northern Ireland, may be subject to extended delivery times.

Europe and Rest of World

Shipping pricing varies by destination. Please note that delivery times, availability and prices will be presented during the checkout process. Orders placed from Sweden, Finland and Denmark may be delivered to the ParcelShop closest to your location. Please bear this in mind when placing your order.

You may be required to pay VAT or other applicable taxes as well as import duties or charges before you receive your order. Please check at your local post office for up to date rules and charges that may apply.

To give you the best possible chance of securing your product, you may be able to place a pre-order to reserve a new product due to be released in the near future. Doing this will allocate stock to your order. Pre-orders will be fulfilled in the order that they are placed. The quicker your pre-order is placed the earlier your goods will be received.

When placing a Pre-order using debit/ credit card payment you will be charged for the full amount of the order being placed. In practice, this will normally occur within 2 working days.

When placing a Pre-order using Paypal or Amazon Payments the full payment will be sent to us at the time the order is placed.

All re-stock dates given have been provided by our distributors and are often accurate, however these dates subject to changes beyond our control. In the event a pre-order is delayed we will notify all customers in the unlikely event of any changes as quickly as possible.

Please note that if any other products are ordered in conjunction with a pre-order item; unless we let you know otherwise, these will be held until we can fulfil the whole order. 

Additional Information

Final delivery costs and estimated delivery times are presented at checkout once the full delivery address has been entered. You will receive tracking information to the email address that you supply at checkout and if you provide a phone number you may be contacted on the day of delivery by the delivery driver if they need help locating your address.

If you request that the package is left somewhere without a signature, this will only be done at the discretion of the delivery driver. If you do request an item is left without a signature, you assume responsibility for any loss or damage to the package.

Our parcels are normally shipped with Braille branding, this is to make parcel recovery easier in the rare cases that parcel go missing. It also lets you get hyped that your parcel has arrived!

Can’t be home for the delivery? Don’t worry – Braille Skateboarding World can ship to almost any address so you can have your order delivered to your place of work, to a friend, a relative or neighbour. Simply enter your preferred delivery address when checking out.

Almost all deliveries will take place as scheduled. However, certain issues may be out of our control resulting in possible delays.  Due to this, we advise against taking time off daily routines, such as work, to avoid any issues. An order can be placed to go to a business address if needed. If you are worried about a delivery for any reason or have any queries please contact us here.

Returns Policy 

  • You may return any unworn, unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund (excluding delivery charges)
  • If you are returning an unworn, unused and unopened item for refund, please include a completed return/exchange note with your item.
  • If you receive an incorrect or defective item we will be happy to also refund your delivery charges (up to the cost of delivery paid on your original order)
  • We are only able to replace decks that have a clear manufacturing defect, we can not refund or replace decks that you may have broken, regardless of the time taken to do so.
  • If you need to return an incorrect or defective item, please contact us on the email address below with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond as quickly as possible with instructions for how to return items from your order.
  • You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks after dispatching your return however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Exchange Policy

  • You may exchange for size by returning any unworn item of clothing or unused deck to the address below within 30 days of delivery.
  • If you are returning goods for exchange please include a completed return/exchange note with your item.
  • You should expect to receive your exchanged item(s) within three weeks after dispatch, however in many cases you will receive your exchange more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your item(s) (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your exchange once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time that it takes for delivery of your item(s) (3 to 5 business days).
  • All exchanges are subject to availability. If the item(s) that you are hopping to exchange are not available we will contact you on the email address provided on the returns/exchange form to discuss available alternatives.
